Technology advancement and our Approach.


“Don’t let technology to destroy you”

Indeed the world is developing gradually and it needs to be get developed more and more, so that we humans can get to know more about the universe.Advancement in health care, and education and the advancement of approach towards life makes man more intellectual and wise.

Mobile phones or electronic gadgets are also part of technological advancement and have helped and eased our lives very much like ordering essentials from the comfort of our home etc. The concern of the hour is our approach towards this advancement. Are we affecting ourselves with this advancement? The answer will be Yes, A most recent study by Guanghou southern medical university shows using a mobile phone for calls for more than half an hour a week increases the risk of hypertension by 12%, Not only hypertension but other complications like insomnia, and psychiatric disorders are seen among people.

What can we do?

Avoiding mobile or gadgets isn’t possible even surviving in modern society without these gadgets isn’t attainable. The thing which we can adapt is to do the self-assessment and see is it vital for me to use these gadgets and where there is an option that option should taken rather than using gadgets as we should go for hard paper books rather than E or virtual versions.

The most beneficial Initiative we can take as a family or society is DIGITAL FASTING, it means scheduling a time which will be known as Digital fasting time when the Using of gadgets should be prohibited whether, the family, education centres or office etc, Even the prime minister of the country discussed DIGITAL FASTING during one of his man ki baat program, this is cause of concern, there is need to check the approach others it may be late to manage this addiction.
